Let’s face it… remembering what you study when you are tired after putting a full days work, is darn near impossible. Some people are able to stay focused, while others drift off and stop retaining the information.
Chances are… like me, you’re working during the day and studying at night.
I used to find it very difficult to keep my mind fresh, so by the end of the day, I’d be able to study. At first it was simple to do both in the same day. However, as things got busier at work, I’d find myself day-dreaming quite a bit more while studying.
